Most products sold by Gloria Jane Royer are handmade and made-to-order unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Products specifically marked as "Ready to Ship" or “one-off” are existing garments available for immediate dispatch.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in colour, texture, pattern placement, and finish may occur. Such variations are not considered defects and form part of the unique character of each garment.

We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that colours displayed on your device will exactly match the final product.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms and Conditions.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

UK Shipping

For made-to-order garments, please allow approximately 4–5 weeks from the date of purchase for your item to be handmade.

Ready-to-wear and one-off garments (as specified in the product description) will be dispatched within 2 business days.

Once shipped, delivery is generally expected within 1–2 business days.

International Shipping

For made-to-order garments, please allow approximately 4–5 weeks from the date of purchase for your item to be handmade.

Delivery Times
